Can I return or exchange my order? TOP

EXCHANGES:  I gladly accept exchanges. Please make sure I have the size you need in stock that you want to exchange for. The item needs to be returned in the original bag. I do not charge shipping for exchanges. Also return the packing slip with a note saying that you are exchanging it and what you are exchange it for.

RETURNS: I accept returns on non-worn items in the original bag.  I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.  Custom orders are made to order tutus and embroidered shirts. I will not refund shipping charges since that was used for shipping cost.  Please make sure you get a delivery confirmation number on your package when returning or exchanging.  I am not responsible for lost packages.   Please contact before you return and let me know why you are returning it.  Also, place the packing slip with a note saying that you are returning it.

Your order will be shipped in 2-6 business days, sometimes sooner! For custom orders such as handmade tutus and embroidered shirts then it can take up to 10 days.  If you need something in a hurry, please ask and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Yes, currently I only ship to Canada but I am add more countries soon.  Email me at selena@thetrendytutu.com if you are interested in purchasing from a country not listed. 

Purchasing out of the country is at YOUR OWN RISK.  I will provide a tracking confirmation number but after it leaves the US they do not track the package anymore.  If the tracking number shows it being received and it doesn't make it to your door than that is out of my hands and I will not reship for free because there is no proof that it was or was not received.

Do you give photographers discounts? TOP

Sometimes.  If we like your photo a lot and ask to use your photo on our website then we will give you a coupon code for your next purchase.  Normally we do not ask unless it is a photo of a product we need a picture of.  We take a lot of our own photos and work locally with photographers in our area.  You can share photos on our facebook wall at anytime. 

We do offer an advertsing program for photographers on our Facebook page.  If you spend $100 in our store within a month (comment games do not count) we will post a picture along with your FB page info on our facebook wall.  We cannot promise that you will get a lot of likes from it but we can hope :)  We have 8000 likes so hopefully some are from your town!
